All the hate vomiting makes me want to vomit.
Seems every platform now is just filled with hate vomit and meanness. Even the new ones that promise to be ‘better’.
It won’t be better until we choose to be better. How about we ignore posts that enrage is, and engage in those that make us smile and bring us joy, and those that inspire us or make us curious. Those that teach us. Those that are true and accurate, and not click bait. Want the media to stop lying and feeding you bait? Stop engaging with it. Quit worrying about the algorithms and numbers and do what you came here to do in the first place.
Do you even remember what that was? Maybe it was news. Maybe it fashion. Maybe it was friends. Maybe it was a break. Maybe it was pretty pictures or funny videos. Maybe it was to learn something. Maybe it was to teach something.
We don’t have to have to like everyone. We don’t have to agree with everyone. We are, however, commanded to love everyone.
Facts speak louder than hate.
