I actually rarely want to. The people closest to me know this. Honestly, I never even enjoyed doing those big hair looks in the 80s…the finished product, wonderful…but the process of getting there? Meh…I’d rather be doing something else. If you’re a mom, you know that even if you WANT to, you don’t always GET to…that’s just reality. So, here’s how that went down yesterday…

It’s not about neglecting yourself. Life happens. Distractions, interruptions…toddler emergencies…teenager emergencies…every age in between emergencies, adult child emergencies. And, every now and then, we have to throw in an ACTUAL emergency, just to keep us on our toes.

If you love doing your hair, Mama, do your hair! If you don’t, guess what? You can do it anyway…
