Shipt Tip Tuesday – Target Prepaid Orders & Special Requests
If you’re a Shipt Shopper, or know someone who is, I know that you’ll find this video EXTREMELY helpful for Target Prepaid Orders – I had some help from a fellow shopper in Nashville who did a GREAT job making us a little demo of how to work around this issue of not being able to add special requests to your customer’s order. This. just. solves. the. problem!
I also know that we have lots of updates coming to the shopper app, and I’m looking forward to those and sharing them with you if they are relevant!

I do try to do a Tip Tuesday, FAQ Friday, as well as Live YouTube videos when we have a system/app issue that impacts all or most of our shoppers so that you know exactly what you’re working with and how to handle it. I know that it can be daunting out there, and sometimes – especially during an outage…there is no help to be found…because the lines are all tied up…or unavailable.
