Special Edition, Shipt FAQ Friday – COVID-19, customer information
Welcome! Yes, I know it’s actually Saturday…unfortunately, we had a major life interruption on Friday (more about that later).
In this video, you will see some information that might help you as a Shipt Customer, or potential customer, as we all navigate busy stores and MAJOR stock issues at stores across the country. I want to assure you that Shipt’s wonderful community of Shopper is doing their very best to get your orders taken care of, and encourage you to continue to be patient and understanding. I am hearing so many reports of gracious customers, and, on behalf of shoppers everywhere, we thank you for that…
And, if you keep scrolling, there is also video with information on how to determine which stores are available in your area.
A couple of things I neglected to mention in the video:
- If the delivery window that you prefer is not available, you CAN add a note for early delivery, if possible, or any other to your delivery instructions. Now, at this moment, I cannot assure that early delivery will happen…but that does give your shopper a little more room to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
- If you already have a Shipt Membership, and have friends interested in utilizing the service, there is a code in your app that will give them $50 off their membership AND you $50 in Shipt credit. You can find that code here in your app:
Then, scroll down until you see the ‘Invite Friends’ Button…
Now, just click that little share icon, and several sharing options will pop up for you. I find ‘copy’ to be the simplest option.
