Twin Lakes Cove is a quiet suburban neighborhood nestled near Old Hickory Lake in Middle Tennessee. Built in the mid 70s, many of the homes in the neighborhood are occupied by the original owners and/or their families. It’s a special place, we call it our county’s best kept secret. With spacious yards, friendly neighbors, beautiful mature trees, homes just the right size for families and gatherings, we really couldn’t ask for more. People just don’t move away. And, on the rare occasion that home comes up for sale, it rarely stays on the market very long. Our neighbors have been very supportive of our #littlefreelibrary and, though I rarely actually spot anyone using it, there’s always lots of book turnover, amazing selections, and the occasional surprise – like the jigsaw puzzle that is there now. I see many libraries post about shopping for books, and keeping a stash to change out books and keep things fresh, but I think we have such avid readers in our neighborhood, we may not need to do that! We all have some plans for our Little Free Library and we hope that you are able to visit and find something you love!
