Share Some Love This Weekend!

I much prefer to call February 14th ‘Chocolate Day.’ It can be filled so many mixed feelings for so many, a real roller coaster of emotions. So, we try to just have fun with it…we had a great laugh this morning when my husband had the table set with gifts, for my daughter and myself, thinking TODAY was Valentine’s Day…poor guy…he hates not having an actual gift of some sort on the actual day…but, we laughed, and gave him his present so he’d feel better…the kids will have to wait for their little treats.

This weekend, if you are struggling with your emotions, feeling alone, or living in fear, I want you you know that you are so very loved. This world is filled with all sort of Love, the most important of which is the Love that comes from our heavenly father. I pray that you feel His strong arms wrapped around you and holding you tight. Please let me know if I can pray for you this weekend. I’ve listed, below, resources for you to reach out immediately for help if you need it.

I made some cards this morning – if you have some friends you’d like to give a little message of love to, perhaps you can use them. They are perfectly appropriate for children and teens, as well. Below the card download, there’s a quick video to show you how to print them, should you have any trouble with that. They were designed as postcards, and can be printed four to a page.

And, if you’re buying your own chocolate…buy the good stuff…better yet, grab some tomorrow when it’s on sale and just enjoy your day – pamper yourself, hang with some people that love and that fill you up. Check in on your people…whether they’re single and celebrating the day or not…and know that you are loved.
